Keep up with the essentials.
Updates and checks agreed for your site.
Know who to turn to.
A contact for your priorities and questions.
Move your changes forward.
Development and testing with the same team.
Our work, independently reviewed.
We handle WordPress and plugin updates as part of an agreed maintenance schedule. Checks and security work are tailored to your site. We also agree who handles backups: your hosting provider or Flexi IT.
Need to update a page or change a form? The same team can help with those changes and investigate errors. We estimate each task and agree its priority with you.
Your project manager coordinates development and testing, so you don’t have to manage the specialists yourself. You set priorities and provide the materials and access we need.
Bringing our clients’ ideas to life may be a challenging task. But every project inspires us for growth and improvement

Each package gives you 10, 20 or 40 development hours a month. Testing and project management are included in the price and do not reduce them.

Tell us about your site and planned changes. We’ll help you choose the hours.
Discuss your websiteTalk to our sales team about your site, maintenance and changes. We recommend a package for that work and explain the terms.
We agree the scope and dates, sign the contract and arrange payment.
Your PM sets up communication in Slack and helps you share the access we need securely.
We get to know your site, agree its maintenance and begin the work. This initial review uses your first package’s hours.
Your project manager responds within 4 working hours. We start your next priority task within 16 working hours once it is ready, no other development task is active, and enough paid hours remain.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 EET. Both time limits count only these working hours. We work on one development task at a time. Completion dates are agreed for each task.
With a monthly package, we reserve development hours for your website and commit to the response and start times described above.
For one-off work, we agree each task and its start date based on team availability. Future monthly hours are not reserved, and package response and start times do not apply automatically.
No. At the end of each month, we ask whether you want to renew. If you confirm, your project manager sends you an invoice, which you pay yourself. We never charge your card automatically. Months you have already paid for upfront are covered by that payment.
You can pay by SWIFT bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or USDT. Choose the method that works for you when arranging payment with your project manager.
Your project manager records the hours worked in Cost Control, a Google spreadsheet shared with you. You can see the work and cost breakdown there.
The package runs until the end of that calendar month and is charged in full. We agree the dates before payment. If there is too little time for the work we’ve agreed, we can discuss starting on the first of the next month.
Your agreed maintenance, changes and fixes use the development hours. The initial review and setup also use hours from your first package. Testing (QA) and project management are included in the package price. They are not charged on top and do not reduce your development hours.
Each calendar month has its own hours. Unused hours expire at month-end. Prepaying three months does not combine them into one balance, and future months’ hours cannot be used early.
Payments are not refunded if you choose to stop or leave hours unused, including during a prepaid period. If Flexi IT fails to provide agreed, paid work, you can choose a new delivery date or a refund for that work.
We estimate the extra work and agree its price and start date before it begins. You do not have to buy another package for a separate task. If you prefer, we can move another task back instead.
No. You pay for hosting and paid licenses separately. We agree those costs and who holds the licenses before purchase. Any applicable taxes are confirmed before payment.
Yes. We agree the specialist’s work, price and timing separately. These services are paid separately and do not use your development hours.
A site that does not respond takes priority over ordinary tasks. The same working hours and response and start-time commitments apply. We agree any work beyond your package before starting it. Support is not 24/7, and we do not promise a fixed recovery time or protection from every attack.
No. You can start with one monthly package. Paying upfront for three or more consecutive months gives a 10% discount. Each month has its own reserved hours; you cannot use the whole prepaid volume in the first month.
Yes. We can agree a separate area of responsibility for Flexi IT and how we will work alongside your developer.
